ThermHex Honeycomb Cores enable greener Last-Mile mobility

The collaborative project “EffiSand” is funded by the European Union

With the kind financial support of the European Union, ThermHex Waben GmbH and the Fraunhofer Institute for Microstructure of Materials and Systems IMWS are jointly researching resource-efficient processes for the production of durable, high-volume thermoplastic sandwich structures for use in highly loaded lightweight applications as part of the “EffiSand” project.
